At Holy Cart Online, our products are made to order with care. Once you place an order, your item is prepared, printed, packed, and shipped as soon as possible.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the shipping partner.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after processing. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to courier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or other situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email if tracking is available.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made specially for each customer. Because of this, production time is required before shipping.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Holy Cart Online is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. However, delivery delays caused by courier services are outside our control.
